- 5 / 5By Eileen AyersWhenever we are up at the Wisp Resort to play golf, we make sure that we visit the Deer Park Inn at least once every visit. We have always dined inside. The house is 150 years old. It is decorated beautifully. I've never had a bad meal. In fact, all of the meals have been beautifully displayed on the plate and delicious. I come from a family of Restauranteurs. End the meal with the most delectable chocolate pate.
Off season, you can call in for reservations a couple of hours in advance. During the season (ski / golf), I suggest that you call in at least 24 hours in advance.
The dinner is about a 2 to 2-1/2 hour meal, so be prepared. The couple who owns the restaurant are French.
